Founder & Principal Advisor

Bradley founded Polanco Advisory Group after years of preparing taxes for friends, family, and neighbors in his Dominican-American community in the Merrimack Valley. Too many immigrant business owners were paying premium prices for sub-premium service, from accountants who didn't speak their language or understand their situation.

So he built the firm he wished his own family had had: bilingual, transparent, year-round, and built on long-term relationships — not April 15th transactions.

Katherine Viera

Co-Founder · Operations & Client Care

Katherine co-founded Polanco Advisory Group and leads operations and client care. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is often the first voice clients hear — and the person families trust to keep everything moving.

Behind every Latino business there is usually a partner managing the books at home, fielding the IRS calls, and translating the fine print into something the family can act on. Katherine knows that role personally. That's why client care at PAG isn't a department — it's the foundation.
